Pink is among the most feminine colors in the world, and is associated with softness, youth and flirtation. Colors from salmon to fucshia, pink palettes looks great on all skin tones and with all hair colors.
Redheads
It used to be a strict rule that redheads should stay away from pink colors at all costs. Fortunately, that’s all old news now. Redheads look absolutely fabulous in sheer veneers or very pale pink blushes. Pale, pink shadows look great on the eyes. Just make sure you stick to more transparent skin as it can clash with the light skin tone and the red hair.
Brunettes
Brunettes have undertones that usually allow them to experiment with a range of different colors from black, to green, and everything in between. Peachy pink tones look great on brunettes, as well as fucshia colors. Make sure you stay away from pastels though.
Blondes
Blondes can experiment with a range of different pinks from pale to pinks with blue undertones. Blondes can also wear a pink all-over shimmer for extra radiance. Ash blondes look best in cooler pinks, while golden blondes should stick to redder pinks.
Asian Skin
Because of the yellow undertones, Asian women should use pinks that contain blue. Pale, peachy pinks can look washed up and drab on Asian skin, so stay away from those shades.
Dark Skin
Dark skinned women can get away with pretty much any shade of pink. Opt for glossy, pale pink lips or an orange sunset pink.
Olive Skin
Those with olive skin get to experiment with some of the more exotic pinks. Use icy and frosted shades of pink rather than reddish pinks.
